EMHCS Staff — Account & Data Deletion

The EMHCS Staff app (Google Play listing: "EMHCS Staff", developer: Ellis Michael Healthcare Services) is an internal application for EMHCS employees.

To request deletion of your staff account and associated data, email ellismichaelhcs@emhcs.com from your account email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or contact the EMHCS office.

Upon a verified request we delete your account credentials, profile information, message data, and notification device tokens. Records that Ellis Michael Healthcare Services is required to retain under employment, payroll, or Medicaid program regulations (such as timekeeping and service documentation) are retained for the legally mandated period and then destroyed. Requests are processed within 30 days.
