These terms govern the EMHCS text-messaging program. By enrolling, you agree to the following.

  1. ProgramEMHCS sends operational text notifications to enrolled employees — documentation reminders, schedule and shift notices, birthday greetings, and task confirmations.
  2. How to opt inEmployees enroll at https://www.emhcs.com/sms-signup by entering their name and mobile number and checking a consent box that is unchecked by default. Enrollment is optional and is never a condition of employment or of any EMHCS service.
  3. Message frequencyMessage frequency varies based on operational activity.
  4. CostMessage and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  5. How to opt outReply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

  7. CarriersMobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
